  The aims of our blog are to share the trials and tribulations of being grandparents, juggling retirement, pensions, taxes, holidays, failing memory, sore knees (etc) and all the other challenges that we never dreamed about in our youth.
  
  We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren aged from 5 to 21. Like all recent retirees, we are experiencing a host of new challenges - balancing the changing needs of our family with holidays, friends, togetherness. Add to that pensions, age, health and ... I can't remember the rest!
